Q1: What types of patches can you produce? 

A1: We make embroidered patches, woven patches, chenille patches, PVC rubber patches, leather patches, printed and sublimated patches, and bullion patches. Embroidered is the classic choice for logos and lettering, woven reproduces fine detail and small text far better, chenille suits varsity and team letters, and PVC handles outdoor and waterproof uses. Send us your artwork and we will recommend the type that reproduces it best at your target price.

Q2: What backing options are available and which one should I choose?

A2: We offer iron on heat seal, hook and loop velcro, self adhesive, plain sew on, magnetic and button loop backing. Iron on suits caps, shirts and one time application. Hook and loop suits tactical gear, uniforms and anything where patches are swapped often. Plain sew on is best for leather, nylon and heavy work jackets. Tell us where the patch will be applied and we will match the backing to the fabric.

Q3: Can you apply the patches onto caps, shirts and bags so I receive finished products?

A3: Yes, and this is what most of our buyers choose. Instead of shipping loose patches that you then send to a second workshop, we apply them in house onto caps, beanies, t shirts, hoodies, jackets, tote bags, backpacks, aprons and towels, then deliver finished goods ready to sell or hand out. You avoid a separate application vendor, a second freight leg, extra handling cost and the risk of damaged blanks along the way.

Q4: Do you supply the blank garments too, or do I send my own?

A4: Both routes work. We manufacture caps and beanies ourselves and source blank t shirts, hoodies, jackets and bags from partner mills, so you can order the complete finished item from one purchase order. If you already have a preferred blank or your own stock, ship it to us and we will apply the patches to your goods. Tell us the blank style, colour and size breakdown and we will confirm availability and cost

Q5: What is your MOQ and how is pricing calculated?

A5: MOQ is 100 pieces per design, and several designs can run in the same order so you can test a full collection at once. Patch price is driven by size, embroidery coverage and thread colour count rather than design complexity alone, so a patch with 60% stitch coverage costs less than a fully covered one. For finished products we quote the blank, the patch and the application as one clear unit price
